Case Study 1: Building the HeronSpecs Brand from Scratch
Launched a new brand primarily in the research lab management space with zero existing audience – building authority, discoverability, and a range of digital tools simultaneously.




WHAT I DID
Built the HeronSpecs website on Hostinger, including a dedicated book launch section.
Published 15+ articles on Medium covering lab management, knowledge systems, as well as best practices and workflows in the lab and in the technical PM world – building a content library and organic search presence.
Developed Obsidian-based digital tools for lab and technical project management, making them available directly to scientists, research teams, and tech professionals. These tools form interconnected note-taking systems that provide interactive logs, dashboards, visuals, and templates: a way for professionals to track, document, manage, and coordinate their lab work and technical projects.
Produced and published demo and promo videos for the HeronSpecs Obsidian-based digital tools, from scripting through final edit.
Managed the full production pipeline for The Organized Lab: A Note-Taking System for Research Teams – a self-published book on Amazon KDP, from manuscript through figures, layout, and launch.
RESULT
A functioning brand with a content presence, a catalog of digital tools, and a book in production – built from scratch in under 12 months, with all digital infrastructure owned and controlled in-house.

Case Study 2: Digital Presence for a Medical Practice
A specialist medical practice on a Greek island had no digital presence – no website, no Google Business Profile, no social media. The practice needed to reach two distinct audiences: local Greek-speaking patients and German-speaking tourists visiting the island seasonally.


WHAT I DID
Built and optimized a Google Business Profile from scratch in three languages: Greek, English, and German.
Set up Google Search Console and implemented local SEO strategy for the practice's location and specialty.
Created and optimized a Facebook business page for community engagement and local visibility.
Drafted multilingual review responses to build credibility with both Greek and international audiences.
RESULT
A fully operational trilingual digital presence, optimized for local search and positioned to capture both resident and tourist patient traffic.
